Sono andata a far valutare una collana d'oro a 18 carati per il peso di 27g. Inizialmente sembrava tutto normale, l'avevano valutata in modo corretto ma poi dopo qualche minuto e dopo aver consultato il principale mi è stato comunicato che l'oro era a 9 carati. Offrendomi da 840 la cifra di 340, alche ho deciso di consultare altri gioiellieri che mi hanno garantito che la collana non solo era di 18 carati ma il prezzo era anche leggermente maggiore. Dato che non è la prima volta che in questo negozio avvengono questi fatti, fate attenzione perché tentano di truffarvi!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ se potessi darei 0 stelle per la disonestà oggi pomeriggio ho portato a valutare una collana del mia battesimo di 18 kt e dopo molte prove con l'acido fatte da loro mi è stato detto che invece era 14 kt e la valutazione da 505 euro e arrivata a 300 euro, ma nn fidandomi perché c'era anche sulla collana che era 18 kt o dato il beneficio del dubbio e lo portata a valutare da altri 5 compro oro e gioiellerie e da tutti mi è stato confermato che la collana era 18 kt. sicuramente non tornero piu per la disonestà e la mancata competenza avuta nei miei confronti.
