I	Irene La Vecchia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto una stella anche se non meritata (nemmeno quella) solo per raccontare la mia esperienza. Posto altamente sconsigliato, personale poco professionale se non addirittura incompetente. Totale disorganizzazione. Atteggiamento arrogante, consulenza stentata e poco preparata. 1 ora e mezza di attesa (e non c’era confusione). La signora, addirittura, avendole chiesto che tipo di lavoro stesse per fare e che effetto avrei ottenuto esordisce con un “‘non lo so”, maleducatamente e arrogantemente, senza contare le varie giustificazioni becere. Non è ammissibile che un negozio “compagnia della bellezza” situato in una zona anche molto trafficata abbia al suo interno personale di questo genere. Evidentemente, vedendomi giovane, pensavano di potersi permettere un simile atteggiamento. Altra e ultima nota, il titolare, in tutto ciò, totalmente assente e disinteressato. Aggiungo che, in conclusione, non mi sono fatta mettere un dito ai capelli, e me ne sono direttamente andata. Probabilmente è stata la scelta migliore che potessi fare. I put a star even if not deserved (not even that) just to tell my experience. Highly not recommended place, unprofessional if not incompetent staff. Total disorganization. Arrogant attitude, stunted and poorly prepared advice. 1 and a half hours of waiting (and there was no confusion). The lady, even having asked her what kind of work she was about to do and what effect I would have obtained, begins with a "I don't know", rudely and arrogantly, without counting the various boorish justifications. It is not permissible that a “company of beauty” shop located in a very busy area has personnel of this kind inside. Evidently, seeing me young, they thought they could afford such an attitude. Another and last note, the owner, in all this, totally absent and disinterested. I add that, in conclusion, I didn't get a finger to my hair, and I went straight away. It was probably the best choice I could have made.

Puntualità, gentilezza due qualità totalmente assenti! Metto una stella perché é obbligatorio metterne una, ma non ne merita neanche una. Terrible! Trovo lo staff al completo eccellente sotto diversi aspetti:cortesia, educazione, professionalità e, soprattutto cortesia e gentilezza, qualità non facili da trovare oggi... Ma quello che per me rende questo posto assolutamente fantastico è la loro capacità di farti sentire sempre a casa e, soprattutto, di farti tornare il sorriso nei momenti "no"... Siete grandiosi! Only now I read some reviews that, for a customer who has been attending Roberto and Grazia's fantastic salon for several years, are absolutely unfounded !! I find the staff full excellent in several respects: courtesy, education, professionalism and, above all courtesy and kindness, qualities not easy to find today ... In genere negli altri parrucchieri dove sono stata mi è capitato di non sentirmi più coccolata o trattata con attenzione dopo un po, ecco perche ho spesso cambiato, e invece con loro ho trovato costanza e dedizione al particolare. Tutti bravissimi e adoro le piega di Agata e la sua attenzione e professionalità, anche Roberto il top. Qualified and super professional staff, they are all at your complete disposal and guarantee punctuality, and for those who always have short times like me it is a plus. In general, in the other hairdressers where I have been, it has happened that I no longer feel pampered or treated with attention after a while, which is why I have often changed, and instead with I found them consistency and dedication to detail. e	elisa “I dolci di Ely” messina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho frequentato il loro salone per anni, nulla da dire su Roberto, sono sempre rimasta super soddisfatta dei tagli che ha realizzato su di me, lo stesso non posso dire della moglie. A febbraio mi sono recata presso il loro salone per fare la mia prima tinta ma la signora, oltre alla tinta, ha pensato bene di propormi un trattamento per illuminare i capelli non specificando che si trattava di una vera e propria decolorazione. Io sono ignorante in materia ma anche il peggiore dei parrucchieri si sarebbe reso conto che i miei capelli sono estremamente sottili e delicati e mai avrebbero "retto" ad una decolorazione, fatta tra l altro in una sola seduta a "soli" 90€. Il risultato è stato che i miei capelli si sono completamente distrutti, spezzati e assottigliati, sono stata costretta a fare tagli drastici e ripetuti (ovviamente non da loro). Penso che certa gente dovrebbe capire bene quale sia la propria indole e riconoscere di essere incapaci di fare il mestiere che magari desidererebbe fare. La totale incapacità della "signora" mi ha creato seri problemi non solo ai capelli ma anche emotivi perché vedersi distrutti i capelli così non è piacevole. In February I went to their salon to do my first dye but the lady, in addition to the dye, saw fit to offer me a treatment to illuminate the hair, not specifying that it was a real bleaching. I am ignorant on the subject but even the worst hairdressers would have realized that my hair is extremely thin and delicate and would never have "held up" to a bleaching, done in a single session for "only" 90 €. The result was that my hair was completely destroyed, broken and thinned, I was forced to do drastic and repeated cuts (obviously not by them). I think that some people should understand well what their nature is and recognize that they are incapable of doing the job that maybe they would like to do. The total inability of the "lady" created me serious problems not only with my hair but also emotional because seeing your hair destroyed like this is not pleasant. To never again
