Dopo aver preso appuntamento, una volta arrivata al salone e aver atteso 10 minuti, mi viene comunicato che la persona che doveva occuparsi di me ha avuto un contrattempo.
“Se vuole martedì o in giornata se abbiamo tempo”. Tutto ciò quando ho un matrimonio. Mi dispiace ma sono stati per nulla professionali.
Total absence of professionalism!
After making an appointment, once I arrive at the salon and have waited 10 minutes, I am informed that the person who was supposed to take care of me has had a mishap.
"If you want Tuesday or during the day if we have time". All this when I have a wedding. I'm sorry but they were not professional at all.
