È uso nei saloni a marchio mettere il taglio del titolare al di sopra del taglio dello staff. Sicuramente come titolare avrei gradito ascoltare direttamente e subito le lamentele. Avremmo potuto trovare una soluzione. Tuttavia, io non mi ricordo di lei signora Pirruccio, ma se davvero è venuta da noi ed ha avuto una esperienza negativa la invito a venire a trovarci, sarà nostra ospite e le offriremo un servizio a sua scelta.
