Direi che se abitassi vicina diventerei cliente, io non amo andare dal parrucchiere, ma le eccezioni esistono. I have never been a customer but I have found availability and professionalism for a color that is not easy on a stranger. Got the color right. Arrivata li il giorno indicato da loro, mi hanno rispedita a casa dicendomi che il parrucchiere per taglio corto non c era e che non potevano fare il taglio. Assolutamente senza serietà. Professionalism less than 0. I called a week before to make an appointment.
