Sono stato qui più volte ma le offerte francamente erano costose e scadenti rispetto al mercato... Fa anche dealer telefonico... Una volta per bisogno e fretta ho portato un portatile per sostituire lo schermo ma tra spesa e tempo di attesa...??? IT shop present for some years now where before there was the tu & me fur shop ... I have been here several times but frankly the offers were expensive and poor compared to the market ... K	Klaudia Qarri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una batteria per computer, quando ho pagato mi era stato detto che la spedizione avrebbe impiegato 1/2 giorni e che sarei stata contattata telefonicamente. una settimana dopo chiamo e mi viene detto che sarebbe arrivata in giornata e che mi avrebbero chiamata loro, non vengo ovviamente contattata, due giorni dopo li chiamo e mi dicono che era arrivata quel giorno. Posso capire che ci possono essere ritardi con i corrieri ma almeno un minimo di contatto, farmi sapere che sarebbe arrivata in ritardo, ho dovuto chiamare io 3 volte nell'arco di una settimana. Dopo aver speso 100 euro per una batteria che non era nemmeno l'originale, vedo che la carica piena dura al massimo 2/3 ore nonostante il risparmio batteria e l'aver disabilitato tutti i software non necessari. Sono molto delusa sia dall'acquisto che dall'esperienza con l'assistenza e non penso che mi rivolgerò nuovamente a questo negozio. I can understand that there may be delays with the couriers but at least a minimum of contact, let me know that she would be late, I had to call myself 3 times within a week. After spending 100 euros for a battery that wasn't even the original, I see that the full charge lasts a maximum of 2/3 hours despite the battery saving and having disabled all unnecessary software. I am very disappointed with both the purchase and the experience with the service and I don't think I will turn to this shop again.

VALENTIN IL MAGO DEI COMPUTER .... LO CONSIGLIO A TUTTI PER RIPARARE I PC CON PROBLEMI DISPERATI PER ALTRI MA NON PER QUESTO NEGOZIO CHE FA MIRACOLI . Ho portato il mio dispositivo presso il negozio e dopo un'attenta analisi, hanno scoperto che, a causa di un cortocircuito, si è danneggiata la scheda grafica. Solitamente nei portatili questa parte non può essere sostituita, obbligando quindi a dover cambiare il portatile. Tuttavia, il tecnico mi ha proposto un'alternativa: fare un intervento sulla scheda grafica cercando di ripararla (percentuale di successo: 60%). Dopo il mio consenso, si è proceduto alla riparazione, con esito positivo. Il giorno dopo averlo consegnato, sono andato a ritirarlo e a distanza di una settimana, funziona tutto perfettamente. Usually in laptops this part cannot be replaced, therefore requiring you to change the laptop. However, the technician offered me an alternative: to do an intervention on the graphics card trying to repair it (success rate: 60%). After my consent, the repair was carried out successfully. The day after I delivered it, I went to collect it and a week later, everything works perfectly. Thanks! I recommend as very professional and correct with the prices

Peccato, avrei potuto affidarmi a loro per comprare il prossimo pc, invece hanno preferito perdere il cliente. I was hoping for an honest response, but expectations were very disappointed. I do not tell the story for fairness. Too bad, I could have relied on them to buy the next pc, instead they preferred to lose the customer.

Il rapporto qualità prezzo è onesto, i tempi di attesa per questi lavori sono brevi. Ci è piaciuto e torneremo sicuramente a fare qualche acquisto da loro. We had the guys in the shop build a PC. They gave us great advice and are very knowledgeable. The value for money is honest, waiting times for these jobs are short. We loved it and will definitely be back to do some shopping from them.
