★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo lunga e penosa malattia mi risponde un'anima pia che mi dà le info che mi servono e mi rassicura sulla mia pratica.
Comprendo le difficoltà del momento storico, ma a maggior ragione implementare la digitalizzazione dei servizi è un'urgenza.
Lavorando non possiamo sempre venire agli sportelli ecc, una PEC salva la vita.
Suggerimento non critica

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con me sono stati cortesi e disponibili l'unica pecca è che devi prenotare quattro mesi prima,fanno quello che possono con il "materiale" messogli a dispozione se ci fosse la prenotazione digitale sarebbe meglio anche per loro penso.
With me they were courteous and helpful the only flaw is that you have to book four months in advance, they do what they can with the "material" made available to them if there was a digital booking it would be better for them too I think.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato non sia possibile mettere ZERO stelle come giudizio! Maleducati, irrispettosi e privi del benchè minimo senso del lavoro... per lo meno quello degli altri, che prenodono ferie per prenotare una visita che nel 2020 ancora deve essere fissata solo di persona o via POSTA ORDINARIA! Informazioni incomplete e poco chiare (persone con disabilità costrette a girare per la struttura come trottole), attese interminabili, visite ridicole,... da chiedersi quale seria utilità abbiano enti del genere!
Non trascurabile la sporcizia e la quantità di rifiuti abbandonati nell'area dove si svolgono le "visite" (documentata anche dall'articolo del Messaggero veneto)!

Rude, disrespectful and devoid of the slightest sense of work ... at least that of others, who book holidays to book a visit that in 2020 still has to be fixed only in person or via ORDINARY MAIL! Incomplete and unclear information (people with disabilities forced to go around the structure like tops), endless waits, ridiculous visits, ... to wonder what serious utility such entities have!
Not negligible the dirt and the quantity of waste abandoned in the area where the "visits" take place (also documented by the article of the Venetian Messenger)!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandate due PEC un mese fa, è stata solo consegnata, non è mai stata letta e ovviamente non ho mai avuto una risposta. Se non avete interesse a occuparvi delle mail in entrata per appuntamenti e chiarimenti sarebbe bene scriverlo onde evitare ulteriori perdite di tempo!
Sent two certified e-mails a month ago, it was only delivered, it was never read and of course I never got a reply. If you are not interested in dealing with incoming emails for appointments and clarifications, it would be good to write it down to avoid further waste of time!

Un bambino di 5 anni sarebbe 600 volte più capace di svolgere il loro lavoro.
L'unica cosa nel quale sono capaci è stare seduti a braccia conserte ad aspettare che qualcuno svolga il loro lavoro.
È più di un mese che devono fare una chiamata, quanto pare non hanno idea a cosa serve un telefono!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infrastruttura e servizio del livello del terzo mondo.
Seppur ho appuntamento per commisione medica oggi alle 11 (dopo due mesi di attesa) mi viene comunicato insieme agli altri prenotati presenti, che oggi non c'é commissione medica. Nessun avviso, nessun tipo di previa comunicazione, ora ad aspettare di essere richiamati per poter rinnovare la patente di guida in quindici giorni! Uno scandalo, incompetenti! Almeno avvisare anche la stessa mattina ma nessuno si interessa dell'utenza. Non c'é covid o altro impedinento ma solo poca o nulla voglia di lavorare.
L'addetta alla segreteria da sola unica a communicare l'inconveniente e lasciare l'ingresso incustodito per mezze ore consecutive. Vergogna!
Third world level infrastructure and service.
Although I have an appointment for medical commission today at 11 (after two months of waiting) I am informed together with the other booked members present, that today there is no medical commission. No warning, no prior communication, now waiting to be called back to be able to renew the driving license in fifteen days! A scandal, incompetents! At least notify the same morning but no one cares about the user. There is no covid or other impediment but only little or no desire to work.
The secretary clerk alone is the only one to communicate the inconvenience and leave the entrance unattended for consecutive half hours. Shame!
