β β β β β La prima volta che sono andata per una pratica, mancava un documento e ho chiesto informazioni per ottenere quello mancante, la donna che mi attendeva ha iniziato a gridare e non ho capito il motivo, sono tornata con tutti documenti sperando di non trovarla, non c'era perΓ² hanno sbagliato nel compilare perchΓ© la pratica non Γ¨ arrivata, adesso devo fare di nuovo questa andrΓ² a Piacenza. Prima facevo sempre a Castel San Giovanni ma in un'altro indirizzo le impiegate erano molte gentile e mi arrivava per poste il l"esito della mia pratica. Spero che qualcuno prenda dei provvedimenti non si puΓ² trattare le persone cosΓ¬, ho visto che le altre recensioni sono positive, ha successo solo a me? ho preso il giorno sbagliato o fatto che sono straniera?
