Dopo 50 minuti in attesa al sole con 30 gradi si é ancora davanti alla porta ad attendere non si sa quando l'eventuale chiamata... Capisco tutto ma perché dare un orario raccomandandosi la puntualità per ammassare oramai più di 20 persone al caldo davanti all'ingresso in un momento in cui le stesse autorità raccomandano il distanziamento sociale?... Dicono che non si può attendere dentro per il COVID e così si sta fuori un'ora o anche più ad attendere al freddo, per poi entrare e vedere la donna delle pulizie candidamente senza mascherina. Anche all'atto della denuncia una scarsissima attenzione da parte della persona addetta, con consigli empirici e scarsissima empatia. Come se un dottore ti dicesse quando stai male che già ne ha visti tanti...
