Un'unica volta di notte contattati perché una auto in doppia fila bloccava l'uscita alla mia nonostante un'ora di clacson, mi hanno chiesto se potevo fare a meno di uscire!!!! Tengo a precisare che tale verbale mi fu notificato il 25.07.2018, e in data 26.07.2018, ho proceduto ha comunicare, compilando i moduli allegati più il documento la patente di guida in copia firmato dal trasgressore inviando il tutto tramite pec. con ricevuta di avvenuta ricevuta da parte vostra in data 27.07.2018 alle ore 14.01. Il 13.03.2019 mi sono rivolto allo sportello posto al piano terra spiegando il motivo della mia visita, la dipendente mi disse di rivolgermi all'ufficio legale posto al terzo piano stanza 21, chiedere del sig. Liccardo, da quella data ad oggi non sono riusciuto a risolvere il problema in quanto questo sig. Liccardo quale persona unica ad essere autorizzata ad accedere alle pec, preciso, mi recato di persona presso codesto ufficio negli orari e giorni consenti a ricevere persone del pubblico, in data 19.03.2019 sono riusciuto a parlare con una persona presente alla stanza 21, da premettere gentilissima, spiegando il mio problema è nel contempo la stessa persona mi disse di lasciargli la mia documentazione che avrebbe successivamente posta all'attenzione di sig. Liccardo . Ad oggi sono ancora in attesa di essere chiamato, inutilmente stò provando a chiamere il predetto ufficio e il centralino invanamente, non è possibile che persone vengono abbandonate al loro destino senza alcuna risposta o altro. Dispiace davvero che un corpo così importante concepito per far rispettare l'ordine e la nostra salvaguardia ai renda puntualmente protagonista ciclicamente di episodi così disprezzabili. È inconcepibile che per fare cassa (è l'unico motivo probabile di tali vergognose azioni) ai facciano puntualmente multe da 26€ con l'ignobile scusa che il ticket (puntualmente pagato) non è visibile o non esposto. L'automobilista sa che il ricorso costa 43€ oltre perdite di tempo prezioso per cui deve farsi due conti ed accettare il sopruso? Agli ausiliari a cui fate formazione consigliabile prima una importante visita specialistica al sistema visivo, e soprattutto insegnare onestà e etica professionale.
