Maybe it is reasonable to give you this time only 2 stars. My experience was horrible. I need to chance my circular lamp because I need the smaller one, the employee didn't explained well the real price, he said that the price is the same and I ask if that is the real price. I suspected and verified, and to my surprise, lo and behold it was -1€. I tried to speak with the one who assisted me with the product but he gone somewhere with another customer so I approached gently the other manager, because the one assigned is on leave for vacation, and explained to me the difference between the price of that lamp with the other one. With long discussions, the manager wants to point that I am the one who is wrong to say that his college is not wrong at all because he is just doing his job,, I am not convinced because in the first place the one who assisted me must verify himself on the stand where the products was and see to himself the difference if the price before telling me that it has the same price. So to make the long story short. I payed the same price with another product which I choose to arrive at the original price that I payed, and add another 60cent just to fill the difference. Assesment: Maybe they should be careful in explaining to the customers the process in which they should do when it comes to exchanging products. And most specially, THEY SHOULDN'T TELL THE CUSTOMER THAT "THEY ARE THE ONE WHO ARE WRONG". I am so disappointed with what Michele's attitude in speaking with the customer like me, just an ordinary customer who knows nothing about their company's policy in their prices and offers. Let this be a lesson to all Specially to the management in how to treat their customers. Thank you!
