Non sono stata informata del prezzo dell'oggetto fino a quando l'addetto non ha compilato la "fattura" (passatemi il termine, non so come si chiami) da consegnare in cassa per il pagamento. Praticamente mi sono sentita obbligata all'acquisto di qualcosa che ho ritenuto anche costoso. Insomma, avrei gradito sapere prima il prezzo... e anche vederlo a monitor dato che il tutto si basava sulla fiducia (nessun cartellino o schermino per il cliente) I noticed a lack of courtesy. I was not informed of the price of the item until the employee filled in the "invoice" (pass me the deadline, I don't know what it's called) to be delivered to the cashier for payment. Basically I felt compelled to buy something that I also thought was expensive. In short, I would have liked to know the price first ... and also to see it on the monitor since everything was based on trust (no tag or shield for the customer)

Personale scortese, quando ho insistito per comprare il cavo da me voluto mi è stato detto "io vendo materiale elettrico non noccioline" I was sold a 6mm cable passing it off as a 10mm cable, returned more than once to buy the correct cable, needless to say it was useless.
