★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non andavo da molto tempo. All'entrata l'aspetto è avvilente dove centinaia di vasi di piante su tanti espositori, sembrano abbandonati, appassiti, sembra non siano annaffiare da giorni. All'interno diversi operatori, ai quali mi sono rivolto per chiedere se avessero un determinato prodotto, mi hanno cortesemente rimandato da un collega all'altro senza riuscire a dirmi se quel prodotto fosse effettivamente disponibile. Deludente.

5 stelle perché a parte la sua disponibiltà che fa parte del suo lavoro ha dimostrato professionalità, intuizione nel comprendere le mie esigenze, capacità di suggerire soluzioni e risparmio, non da meno gentilezza, pazienza e cortesia. Spero di trovare altrettanto dai colleghi degli altri reparti appena ne avrò necessità.
My 5 star experience relates to Mr. William from the wood department.
5 stars because apart from his availability which is part of his work, he has shown professionalism, intuition in understanding my needs, ability to suggest solutions and savings, not least kindness, patience and courtesy. I hope to find as much from colleagues in other departments as soon as I need them.

Delusione non c'è nessuno nei reparti che ti aiuta con la ricerca di quello che hai bisogno abbandonato da tutti e tutto . Vedo una povera anima che corre come un matto x aiutare i clienti mi rivolgo a lui é Giuseppe del reparto luci unica persona valida grazie a lui ho trovato roba da giardinaggio che mi serviva. Le mie 5 stelle sono dedicate esclusivamente a Giuseppe reparto luci numero 1

Non si capisce perché il personale sia cosí poco accogliente, almeno quelli che ho incrociato io. Come materiali ha molta varietá, ma non quantitá. La qualitá non é male, ma i prezzi sono leggermente alti. Se potete andare altrove , fatelo!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero stelle sarebbe stato più appropriato. Compro un box doccia, nella confezione mancano tutte le viti. devo andare a recuperarle, e va bene. Mentre lo monto si rompe in mille pezzi uno dei vetri. L'altro acquisto fatto insieme al box doccia è un blindato e dopo un mese di utilizzo non si apre più la porta, nel vero senso della parola. Non si apre. Li chiamo e candidamente mi dicono che loro non fanno assistenza, perché sono solo servizio vendita. Vendete delle cose imbarazzanti, però le vendete! Ho sbagliato io a comprare da voi. Mai più
Zero stars would have been more appropriate. I buy a shower box, all screws are missing from the package. I have to go get them, and that's okay. The other purchase made together with the shower box is an armored one and after a month of use the door no longer opens, in the true sense of the word. Does not open. Quest'anno è la terza volta che ci vado, non appositamente ma perché di passaggio e nonostante tutto, con il personale continuo ad avere difficoltà a parlarci e soprattutto ad avere risposte costruttive.
Gli articoli hanno abbastanza scelta ma i prezzi non immediatamente abbordabili.
Direi che ci sia ancora molto da fare per diventare più appetibili di tanti altri negozi similari.
