....ci ha accolti e fatti sentire davvero come a casa, facendoci assaggiare le specialità di Monte isola e illustrandoci gli itinerari per visitare l isola!
Che dire della colazione? Romina ci ha fatto trovare un sacco di prelibatezze e la sua piacevole compagia .
Ci siamo fermati una notte in periodo di bassa stagione...e questa tranquillità ci ha fatto gustare meglio ancora meglio questa isola meravigliosa!
 Romina was very hospitable
.... he welcomed us and made us feel really at home, letting us taste the specialties of Monte Isola and showing us the itineraries to visit the island!
What about breakfast? Romina made us find a lot of delicacies and her pleasant company.
We stayed one night in the low season ... and this tranquility made us enjoy this wonderful island even better!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consiglio di soggiornare presso "Come una Volta" a chi desidera trascorrere alcuni giorni in totale relax, tranquillità, comodità. Struttura con spazi curati e puliti; colazione in camera ricca e gustosa; gestione e accoglienza ottima; arredi essenziali ma particolari e di design. Romina, la proprietaria, è una persona gentile, premurosa, disponibile e solare. Ti consiglia dove andare, cosa fare e come muoverti sull'Isola se, ad esempio, si è lì per la prima volta. Noi ci torneremo di sicuro! :)))
I recommend staying at "Come una Volta" for those who want to spend a few days in total relaxation, tranquility, comfort. Structure with neat and clean spaces; rich and tasty breakfast in the room; excellent management and reception; essential but particular and design furnishings. Romina, the owner, is a kind, caring, helpful and sunny person. It advises you where to go, what to do and how to move around the island if, for example, you are there for the first time. We will be back for sure! :)))

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in this very nice B&B hotel since we celebrated our 15th Wedding Anniversary on the 29th January 2020 ...The owner was so accommodating and very gentle. She even served a delicious breakfast for me and my husband. She even let us tasted their typical salami and olive oil topped on a mini bread. It was delicious! Hope to come back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Romina has converted her grandparents' house (her grandfather was a lake fisherman) into a really charming B&B. She has four rooms, two on each floor: on one floor, there is a room with a bathroom en suite, & the other room with a bathroom to itself but outside the room; the other floor has two rooms with a shared bath, perfect for a family. There are photographs of her grandmother repairing the fishing nets & one of her mother as a young girl. Romina is certainly what I would call a "super host." Upon arrival we had an "orientation" about the island reviewing the sights with us with a map of the island. Because of the pandemic, breakfast is served in your room and is hearty and delicious. Perhaps a note of caution: since it is an old house, there are stairs and it might not be the right choice for the elderly or persons with mobility issues.
