★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr sehenswertes Geschäft in einem netten Örtchen. Hier werden Messer von höchster Qualität aus der eigenen Werkstatt in einem sehr schönen Geschäft angeboten. Z.B. Ein Taschenmesser mit Olivenholzgriff von Saladini als Urlaubsandenken ist ein Geschenk fürs Leben. Sehr empfehlenswert.
Very nice shop in a nice place. Knives of the highest quality from our own workshop are offered here in a very nice shop. E.g. A pocket knife with olive wood handle by Saladini as a holiday souvenir is a gift for life. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coltelleria molto bella e rifornita. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Vasta scelta di taglieri e articoli in legno di ulivo. Sono presenti macchinari storici. Non so valutare i prezzi ma per le nostre tasche sono cari.
Very nice and stocked cutlery. Very friendly and helpful staff. Wide selection of cutting boards and olive wood items. There are historic machines. I don't know how to evaluate prices but they are expensive for our pockets.

Entri e dovunque volgi lo sguardo noti la passione, la cura per i dettagli; respiri la storia dell' arte coltellinaia, e tocchi con mano la sapienza e la professionalità. Ho prodotti di Scarperia da oltre 40 anni e devo confermare che Saladini ad oggi in fatto di design, materiali e cura dei prodotti è veramente il primo riferimento di questo antico "mestiere" nel Mugello.
A truly tasteful show room, excellent quality products. You enter and wherever you look you notice the passion, the attention to detail; breathe the history of knife art, and touch the wisdom and professionalism with your own hands. I have had Scarperia products for over 40 years and I must confirm that Saladini today in terms of design, materials and product care is truly the first reference of this ancient "craft" in Mugello.
