★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto manicure e extension ciglia. Manicure ok, curata e fatta bene. Extensions ciglia (50€) durata 40 minuti circa. Non è richiesta una quantità o intensità di ciglia ma fanno loro senza chiedere nulla. È la seconda volta che faccio le extension(la prima volta in un altro salone) e appena uscita dal colorme le mie ciglia erano come le ciglia la prima volta dopo due settimane. Al terzo giorno dall’applicazione ne sto già perdendo tantissime e sono davvero poco folte. Ok che 50€ sono pochi ma non è gratis. Ed e come non aver fatto nulla. Sento le ciglia deboli e continuano a cadere. Delusione. (Foto occhio singolo riferita a 3 gg dopo, già perse +5 ciglia)
 I had manicures and lash extensions. Manicure ok, neat and well done. Eyelash extensions (50 €) lasting about 40 minutes. No amount or intensity of lashes is required but they do them without asking for anything. This is the second time I have extensions (the first time in another salon) and as soon as I got out of the hospital my lashes were like lashes the first time in two weeks. On the third day of application, I am already losing a lot of them and they are really not very thick. Ok that 50 € is low but it is not free. And it's like having done nothing. I feel weak lashes and they keep falling out. Disappointment. (Single eye photo referred to 3 days later, already lost +5 eyelashes)

- the place is dirty
- they try me to do the semi permanent without asking
- the complain when I say I didn't want it ( even if I told them on the phone before)
- they did it super fast and rude because there were another costumers( i had an appointment)
- they paint outside my nail and they didn't clean it
- even they were getting upset because it was taking me too long to choose the color
- you can just pay in cash, they don't say it anywhere
