Poi è arrivati Junior che ha proseguito l attività sempre sulle orme del papà con lo stesso metodo professionalità e gentilezza . Persone professionali e personalmente devo dire anche di cuore....Grazie
What can I say. I was a client for almost 30 years the old Boss was a very good one. always available and ready to give you advice on how to solve problems. Then came Junior who continued the activity always in the footsteps of his father with the same method, professionalism and kindness. Professional people and personally I must also say heartily .... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ prodotti scadenti ho fatto dare stucco fissativo e colore antimuffa (con ioni di argento se non sbaglio) da un mio amico muratore e in poco. Più di un mese il muro ha presentato macchie. Nere di muffa.... come se fosse da anni che non viene dato il bianco: macchie di muffa in sala e bagno, nell ' ingresso che si èaaddirittura staccato. Con i prodotti di un brico è durato il bianco perfetto per numerosi anni.. Con i loro poco più di un mese. Chiamo almeno per informarli del fatto , parlo con una Sig ra gentile che mi passa un tecnico venditore il quale mi dice sto periodo piove e praticamente mette giù la telefonata. Lo avrei richiamato ma forse sarebbe stato Più da passare a trovarli e parlarne in faccia ma poi non credo che possa a servire qualcosa visto che non sanno neanche ascoltare i clienti. Anche maleducati oltre a vendere dei prodotti INUTILI E A CARO PREZZO. Mi spiace ma sono proprio DA EVITARE IN ASSOLUTO
poor products I had a fixative filler and anti-mold color (with silver ions if I'm not mistaken) given by a friend of mine and soon. More than a month the wall showed stains. Black with mold .... as if it had not been white for years: mold stains in the living room and bathroom, in the entrance that has even detached itself. With the products of a brico the perfect white lasted for many years .. With theirs just over a month. I call at least to inform them of the fact, I speak with a kind Mrs. who passes me a salesman technician who tells me this period is raining and practically puts down the phone call. I would have called him back but maybe it would have been more to come and visit them and talk about them in the face but then I don't think it will be of any use since they don't even know how to listen to customers. Even rude as well as selling useless and expensive products. I'm sorry but they are ABSOLUTELY TO BE AVOIDED
