Quando gliel'ho riportata indietro non hanno esitato a rifarmela ma nemmeno questa volta era come l'avevo chiesta. L'hanno solo diluita un po'. Ma era totalmente diversa dal campione che avevo fornito.
Da evitare.
Not at all satisfied: I brought a sample to redo a tint that turned out to be totally different. When I brought it back, they didn't hesitate to do it again, but this time it wasn't as I asked for it. They only diluted it a little. But it was totally different from the sample I provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Padre e figli (due) molto gentili e disponibili, ho acquistato molte volte da loro e sono molto soddisfatta. Hanno il tintometro per gli spray acrilici, una risorsa preziosa. Peccato non abbiano colori spray ad acqua (che pure esistono sul mercato), ma immagino sia anche una scelta obbligata per lo spazio di cui dispongono. Spero che in futuro trovino il modo di avere anche questa opzione.
Father and sons (two) very kind and helpful, I have purchased many times from them and I am very satisfied. They have the tinting machine for acrylic sprays, a valuable resource. Too bad they do not have water spray colors (which also exist on the market), but I guess it is also an obligatory choice for the space they have. I hope that in the future they will find a way to have this option too.
