★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posizionata nella parte più antica di Oneglia, questa stupenda basilica non dimostra per niente la sua età grazie ad un attenta opera di manutenzione e ristrutturazione che permettono a tutti di poter godere della sua bellezza, sia all'esterno che all'interno. Sicuramente da visitare.
Located in the oldest part of Oneglia, this impressive church does not prove anything for his age, thanks to a careful work of maintenance and restructuring that allow everyone to enjoy its beauty, both outside and inside. Definitely worth a visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situata nel centro storico di Imperia Oneglia, questa chiesa, eretta a basilica nel 2017, rappresenta uno dei luoghi di culto più frequentati.
Costruita tra il 1739 e il 1759, è stata realizzata dall’architetto onegliese Gaetano Amoretti in stile tardo barocco piemontese con la facciata ispirata alla chiesa di Santa Maria della Quercia in Roma.
L’interno è decorato in stile barocco con marmi policromi e dorature.
Sono presenti inoltre numerosi affreschi e un organo a tre tastiere risalente al 1874.
Located in the historic center of Imperia Oneglia, this church, built as a basilica in 2017, is one of the most popular places of worship.
Built between 1739 and 1759, it was built by the Onegliese architect Gaetano Amoretti in late Piedmontese Baroque style with the facade inspired by the church of Santa Maria della Quercia in Rome.
The interior is decorated in Baroque style with polychrome marble and gilding.
There are also numerous frescoes and a three-keyboard organ dating back to 1874.
