Nell'edificio della stazione è possibile trovare un bar ed un tabaccaio, entrambi ben forniti e con un personale cordiale. Essendo Colleferro un centro di raccolta di un ampia zona limitrofa, la stazione è ampia e ben servita. Ci sono altri parcheggi piu grandi nella vicinanza appositamente realizzati. Punto di connessione tra la direttrice cassino/Frosinone e Roma Termini. Molti treni per entrambe le direzioni. Il costo del biglietto per Roma Termini e di € 3,60. A medium-sized station incorporates a tobacco bar, a small parking lot and a Cotral terminus and local shuttles. È possibile anche comprare abbonamenti per il treno e effettuare ricariche per la propria sim. La biglietteria è disponibile tutti i giorni lun-ven, il sabato solo di mattina, domenica chiusa. Il locale è sempre tenuto pulito e sono presenti due sale utili l'inverno. La nota forse negativa è assenza di un bagno pubblico gratuito, essendo presente unicamente quello del bar a pagamento e la non presenza di un display sul binario 2-3 per l orario dei treni. Spesso dei viaggiatori (non del posto si trovano confusi). Altra nota negativa sono gli ascensori spesso spenti la sera ancor prima dell'orario esposto. I Parcheggi sono a pagamento presenti tra multipiano e piazzali vicini alla stazione comodi da raggiungere. Unica pecca: non tutte le piattaforme d'attesa dei treni sono munite di display riguardo gli orari dei treni e i dispositivi di obliterazione dei biglietti. Curiosità: questa stazione è famosa per il passaggio di personaggi famosi come Gabriele D'Annunzio e Maria Goretti (vedi foto). Incredibly luxurious station (especially the train waiting platforms) and equipped with manual and automatic ticketing, station master, bar and railway police.
