La polenta di Colle Olivo merita una lode, soprattutto per il connubio di sapori, che ti riportano indietro nel tempo, in cui la nonna la preparava per tutta la famiglia. Le pizze sono croccanti e leggere, possono essere paragonate alla ricetta romana. Il locale è rustico e si trova un po' isolato, completamente immerso nel verde. Il personale gentile ed i prezzi nella norma. On Saint Lucia's day, in good company, you can eat polenta with a sauce made of ribs and pork sausages. The polenta of Colle Olivo deserves praise, especially for the combination of flavors, which take you back in time, in which the grandmother used to prepare it for the whole family. The pizzas are crisp and light, can be compared to the Roman recipe. The restaurant is rustic and is a bit 'isolated, surrounded by greenery. The friendly staff and priced accordingly.

Mentre lamentavo la cosa un ragazzino é stato anche punto. Ho chiesto di essere risarcito perché volevo andare via. La risposta é stata che se ho paura di stare li allora devo aver paura anche di andare in giro per strada. Ottima gestione. Coi miei soldi fatevi una bevuta. Sulla pizza deve migliorare: una cascata di filante e poco cotte. Peccato perché avrebbe meritato 5 stelle. Per quanto mi riguarda devono migliorare, visto che il posto è anche molto carino.
