A	Alessio Anastasio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo avuto il piacere di passare un bel w.e. in questa struttura. Cercavamo un alloggio tranquillo vicino Arce per partecipare ad un evento nel vicino kartodromo e abbiamo finito con lo scoprire un posto veramento delizioso. Il casale è totalmente ristrutturato, e devo dire con ottimo gusto, curato in ogni minimo dettaglio, l'appartamento che ci è stato proposto è risultato pulitissimo, ben arredato e molto funzionale. Il posto è adattissimo ai bambini per i suoi ampi, e sicuri, spazi esterni e per la presenza di docili animali, sia da cortile che non, quali galline, conigli, asini, pecore, ecc. La proprietaria ci ha accolto con gentilezza e disponibilità, ha appositamente proparato per noi dei buonissimi dolci per colazione. Sicuramente torneremo a trovarla, lo consigliamo vivamente. My family and I had the pleasure of passing a nice w.e. in this structure. We were looking for a quiet accommodation near Arce to attend an event at the nearby karting track and ended up discovering a delightful place. The house is completely renovated, and I must say with great taste, with attention to every detail, the apartment that was proposed to us was very clean, well furnished and very functional. The place is very suitable for children due to its wide and safe outdoor spaces and for the presence of docile animals, both from courtyard and not, such as chickens, rabbits, donkeys, sheep, etc. The owner welcomed us with kindness and helpfulness, she specially proposed for us some delicious desserts for breakfast. Surely we will return to find it, we highly recommend it.

Negazione: Non mi è piaciuto il fatto di avere una stanza sola per 5 persone. E c'era una brandina invece del letto. La proprietaria ci ha lasciati soli per la notte..
S	Stefano Cappelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una scoperta piacevolissima questo casale perso nelle campagne di Arce in piena Ciociaria. Un po' indaginoso da trovare con una strada stretta e a tratti un po' dissestata ma fattibilissima anche senza fuoristrada. Il casale si presenta molto bene con accurata ristrutturazione, interni impeccabili dal punto di vista dell'estetica, con wifi ed aria condizionata, ma se tira un po' di venticello basta tenere aperte le finestre dotate di zanzariere e ti dimentichi il caldo. Punto di forza inoltre la colazione preparata dalla proprietaria con ottimi prodotti fatti in casa e materie provenienti dalla stessa fattoria. Il silenzio è impeccabile, interrotto solo dal latrato di qualche cane o il raglio di simpatici Asini Amiatini che sono anche stati presi a simbolo del Casale, sul porticato in pietra infatti c'è stilizzato un asino, cosi come sui portachiavi delle camere. Poi il prezzo, veramente conveniente, per cui consigliatissimo e se ritorneremo a trovare i nostri amici in Ciociaria l'alloggio sarà certamente al Casale Rosarossa. A very pleasant discovery this farmhouse lost in the countryside of Arce in the middle of Ciociaria. A bit tricky to find with a narrow and sometimes a bit bumpy road but very feasible even without an off-road vehicle. The farmhouse looks very good with careful renovation, flawless interiors from the point of view of aesthetics, with wifi and air conditioning, but if a little breeze blows, just keep the windows equipped with mosquito nets open and you forget the heat. The strong point is also the breakfast prepared by the owner with excellent homemade products and materials from the same farm. The silence is impeccable, interrupted only by the barking of a few dogs or the braying of friendly Amiatini donkeys which have also been taken as a symbol of the Casale, in fact there is a stylized donkey on the stone porch, as well as on the key rings of the rooms. Then the price, really convenient, so highly recommended and if we return to visit our friends in Ciociaria, the accommodation will certainly be at Casale Rosarossa.

Servizio wifi, camera calda e pulita. Colazione con prodotti locali. Ma la vera fortuna è essere accolti da Rosa. Saprà stuzzicare la vostra fantasia con le meraviglie che cela il territorio e quando ve ne andrete vi mancheranno le sue crostate. Rustic farmhouse surrounded by nature and farm animals. Perfect for a romantic weekend. The structure is modern without interfering with the landscape. Wifi service, warm and clean room. Breakfast with local products. But real luck is being welcomed by Rosa. He will be able to whet your imagination with the wonders that the territory hides and when you leave you will miss his tarts.

L'asino Cesare ti accoglie all'arrivo e ama tanto le carezze. Rosa, la proprietaria, è molto gentile e prepara delle colazioni meravigliose. Ci torneremo sicuramente Enchanting place, structure with all comforts, surrounded by greenery with many courtyard animals, perfect for children. The donkey Cesare welcomes you on arrival and loves caresses so much. Rosa, the owner, is very kind and prepares wonderful breakfasts. We will definitely be back

Gli interni della struttura sono curati nei dettagli e tutto è in armonia. Ambienti molto confortevoli. Un ringraziamento a Rosa (la titolare) che ti fa sentire a casa e ti delizia con una colazione ricca di prelibatezze fatte in casa (marmellata, biscotti, torte). Decisamente un esperienza da ripetere. A very nice farmhouse in the Ciociaria countryside where you can relax and connect with nature.
