La pinsa è davvero buona e croccante, le crocchette di patate sono una squisitezza, un pochino più lunghette delle classiche crocchette, morbide dentro e con una panatura dorata all'esterno, da gustare morso dopo morso. Il personale è cortese e simpatico. Ci torneremo! This new rotisserie pinseria in Sala is a little place that I would highly recommend. The pinsa is really good and crunchy, the potato croquettes are a delicacy, a little longer than the classic croquettes, soft inside and with a golden coating on the outside, to be enjoyed bite after bite. The staff is courteous and pleasant. We will be back!

Il personale molto educato ed amichevole nonostante il locale piccolino sono organizzatissimo ... La seconda volta ho preso una PINSA margherita, e sono rimasto molto deluso, pochissima passata di pomodoro, mozzarella poca e di scarsa qualità. Poi ho notato un altro piccolo particolare, tutte le pinze che fanno, arrivano dal congelatore... immagino anche i primi piatti e gli snack. Raccontare al cliente la storia delle 72 ore di maturazione dell'impasto, mi sembra un po' una presa in giro. Adesso ho capito perché non possono fare le pizze normali, non che non sia buono, anzi, ma dato questo fatto, secondo me dovrebbero puntare di più sulla qualità di pomodoro, mozzarella e gli ingredienti in generale... Ci andrò sicuramente a comprarla perché mi era piaciuta, aggiornerò la recensione se dovesse migliorare la qualità!
