Essendo domenica, abbiamo fatto un giro di telefonate a tutti i meccanici della zona ed, oggettivamente, questa è risultata essere l’unica officina operativa anche nei giorni festivi. La riparazione è stata svolta in tempi piuttosto brevi, ma il prezzo (70€) e la riparazione in sè non ci sono sembrati consoni (lo stesso meccanico ci ha comunicato che il guasto potrebbe ripresentarsi anche a breve). Anche la cordialità non è il loro forte. 30.09.2020: dato che Google non mi dà la possibilità di rispondere al commento del proprietario, aggiungo una breve nota alla mia precedente recensione. Vorrei quindi essere più chiarificatrice: effettivamente abbiamo chiamato due volte la sua officina (proprio come da lei specificato), ma solamente perchè l'orario indicato online dice che la DOMENICA la sua officina è APERTA (ho comunque consigliato a Google di modificare l'orario indicato, dato che, a quanto pare, la domenica l'officina è chiusa). Pensavamo quindi che lei si trovasse in officina quel giorno e non di chiederle un sacrificio, rinunciando alla sua famiglia. Il lavoro, ho specificato, che è stato fatto in tempi brevi (e di questo l'abbiamo ringraziata), ma sindacavo sul prezzo, che ci è sembrato eccessivo dato il lavoro svolto e la modalità di pagamento. I don't generally write negative reviews, because I appreciate and respect everyone's work. We turned to Mr. Francesco about a window breakdown. Being Sunday, we made a round of phone calls to all the mechanics in the area and, objectively, this turned out to be the only workshop operating even on holidays. The repair was carried out in a rather short time, but the price (70 €) and the repair itself did not seem appropriate (the same mechanic informed us that the fault could recur even soon). Friendliness is also not their forte. 30.09.2020: Since Google doesn't give me the option to reply to the owner's comment, I add a quick note to my previous review. I would therefore like to clarify: we actually called your workshop twice (just as you specified), but only because the time indicated online says that on SUNDAY your workshop is OPEN (I still advised Google to change the time indicated, since the workshop is apparently closed on Sundays). We therefore thought that she was in the workshop that day and not to ask her for a sacrifice, giving up her family. The work, I specified, was done in a short time (and we thanked her for this), but I was reviewing the price, which seemed excessive to us given the work done and the method of payment.

Mi ha sostituito un manicotto, che costerà 30 €, adattandone uno non originale e mi ha restituito un'auto guasta...meno male che a Manfredonia ho trovato un meccanico onesto! che ha risolto il problema in poche ore...1 stella credo sia regalata! In bocca al lupo per le prossime diagnosi! Erg Mr. Franco, as he asks me to complete the review: in 3 days he was unable to diagnose the real fault. He replaced a sleeve, which will cost € 30, adapting a non-original one and returned a broken car ... thank goodness I found an honest mechanic in Manfredonia! which solved the problem in a few hours ... 1 star I think is given away! B	Barbara Rizza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do 2 stelle perché arrivata da turista a Vieste ho avuto la necessità di far resettare la centralina, che per via degli iniettori era andata in protezione, chi ha avuto certe problematiche sa che attaccare il computer alla macchina e resettare ci vogliono 5 minuti, forse anche troppo, mi ha chiesto 30 euro. Non mi sono messa a discutere perché ero appena arrivata da Roma e non avevo voglia! Bella accoglienza!! Sconsiglio di rivolgersi a questa officina il cui titolare si è approfittato della situazione...alla faccia di Roma ladrona!!! ?
