Come se questo non bastasse, la vera essenza la si scopre nella gestione: Erica, Martina e Giulia sono fantastiche, non lasciano nulla al caso e hanno sempre un sorriso per tutti. Staff sempre disponibile e gentile in ogni occasione. Per non parlare di piccole iniziative che rendono il posto una community nel vero senso della parola. Un luogo tutto da scoprire, fra uffici e musei integrati armoniosamente nella struttura; con spazi piacevoli, sia per esigenze lavorative sia per esigenze di svago; il tutto collocato in una zona interessante e strategica dell'isola di Milano. Il personale altamente professionale e molto cordiale, sempre disponibile e gentile, soprattutto reattivo per qualsiasi richiesta e per qualsiasi necessità di un’azienda, con un’ottima accoglienza per i clienti. I luoghi sono accoglienti con molta luce, sempre puliti e ben attrezzati, con una manutenzione ordinaria e professionale. Molto utile la possibilità di avere a disposizione delle sale per le riunioni aziendali, o per organizzare eventi. È anche molto vantaggioso il posizionamento degli uffici, che permette la collaborazione fra le diverse aziende presenti nel Co Working. The highly professional and very friendly staff, always available and kind, above all responsive for any request and for any need of a company, with an excellent welcome for customers. The places are welcoming with lots of light, always clean and well equipped, with ordinary and professional maintenance. The possibility of having rooms available for corporate meetings or for organizing events is very useful. The positioning of the offices is also very advantageous, which allows collaboration between the various companies present in the Co Working.

Una ex fonderia che oggi diventa luogo di business ma prima ancora luogo di relazioni umane. Un posto da scoprire. Oggi Giulia mi ha guidato alla scoperta di questo spazio ed ho potuto anche conoscere la fondatrice Erica che è stata un'ottima padrona di casa ed ha dimostrato di avere ottime dosi di accoglienza e di marketing. Mi ha colpito molto l'approccio personale (che poi è quello che cerco sempre nelle relazioni professionali) con il quale si è posta ed ha saputo colpire la mia attenzione. ottima accoglienza, ottimo ambiente, rilassante e di classe. I have been in the world of coworking for years but this space is truly magical. A former foundry which today becomes a place of business but first of all a place of human relations. A place to discover. Today Giulia guided me to discover this space and I was also able to meet the founder Erica who was an excellent hostess and showed that she had excellent doses of hospitality and marketing. I was very impressed with the personal approach (which is what I always look for in professional relationships) with which she posed herself and was able to catch my attention. excellent reception, excellent environment, relaxing and classy.

Co-foundry non è solo uno spazio dove poter avere la propria postazione di lavoro; è piuttosto una piccola comunità di professionisti e aziende che condividono un modo di essere. Dopo anni in un altro noto coworking milanese, abbiamo deciso di spostarci presso Co-foundry, rapiti dalla bellezza della location e dalla simpatia delle persone che ne curano la gestione. Prima di traslocare, ricordo che ci venne qualche dubbio. Sarebbe valsa la pena di fare tutto quello sforzo? In fondo, avremmo lasciato un posto in cui comunque ci eravamo trovati bene. Inutile dire che una volta arrivati in Co-foundry i dubbi sono svaniti, grazie a un'esperienza, da subito, al di sopra delle aspettative. Beautiful location, excellent management, warm and welcoming atmosphere. Co-foundry is not just a space where you can have your own workstation; rather it is a small community of professionals and companies that share a way of being. After years in another well-known Milanese coworking, we decided to move to Co-foundry, ravished by the beauty of the location and by the sympathy of the people who take care of it. Before moving, I remember that there was some doubt. Would it have been worth the effort? After all, we would have left a place where we had found ourselves well anyway. Needless to say, once in Co-foundry the doubts have vanished, thanks to an experience, immediately, above expectations.

The workspaces are comfortable, with plenty of natural light throughout the day, all with a unique and inspiring historic vibe. Staff is friendly and always willing to help with anything you may need. After almost 2 years spent working from here I can confidently say: if you need a spot to get things done, meet friendly smart people, and share a laugh or two over coffee, you will really enjoy working from here.
