I cappuccini c hanno messo un'eternità a prepararli e servirli perché nel mentre il personale faceva altre cose (ed eravamo gli unici clienti da servire in quel momento) Poi per i cornetti il ragazzo non ci serve subito quello che volevamo ma prima serve altre persone arrivate dopo pensando che dovevamo ancora scegliere il tipo di cornetti tant'è che quando gli facciamo notare questo ci porge il cornetto che stava dando ad un ragazzo (arrivato dopo di noi). Accomodati al nostro tavolo (sporco) siamo stati costretti a mangiare dentro poiché fuori i tavoli non erano ben distanziati. Tanto imbarazzo e poca professionalità. Da dimenticare... The cappuccinos took an eternity to prepare and serve them because in the meantime the staff was doing other things (and we were the only customers to be served at that time) Then for the croissants the boy doesn't immediately need what we wanted but first we need other people arrive later thinking that we still had to choose the type of croissants so much so that when we point out this he hands us the croissant he was giving to a boy (who arrived after us). Settled at our (dirty) table we were forced to eat inside as outside the tables were not well spaced. So much embarrassment and little professionalism. To forget...

Hanno accolto tutti i clienti con educazione ed affabilitá, cosa purtroppo al giorno d'oggi sempre piú rara. Consigliato per una pausa col sorriso! I came in by chance for a simple coffee and immediately I was overwhelmed by the sympathy of these two smiling sisters. Bel bar ma zero rispetto regole covid, personale scostante e "volgarotto" una mia collega ha chiesto latte vegano e cornetto dietetico e un dipendente l'ha apostrofata e presa in giro in romanesco... no, non ci siamo, questi posti abbassano l'asticella della reputazione della capitale. we were in Cinecitta 'for a TV program then before taking the plane again we stopped here by chance. Tutto lo staff, da Vanessa la proprietaria passando per Alessandro a Daniele ed a Giulia, molto capaci, divertenti e simpatici, praticamente dopo 1 minuto sei subito tra amici. Caffè davvero ottimo e con tanti prodotti del bar, con ampissima scelta. Tavola calda espressa OTTIMA, lo schef Alessandro è davvero bravo, TOP, complimenti! Consigliato certamente al 100% ?????????? Very nice, young, clean and welcoming place. Excellent location, opposite the station. All the staff, from Vanessa the owner through Alessandro to Daniele and Giulia, very capable, funny and nice, practically after 1 minute you are immediately among friends.
