★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's probably the worst café in Triest when not even in whole Italy! Such a shame that this café is located next to the beautiful piazza grande!
The service is terrible. It's seems they absolutely don't care about customers. The "Ice-Coffee" there is just a glass full of cold, black coffee! The prices are ridiculously high. Even for this location. The only reason this Cafe still exists is are the not knowing tourist who are happy they found a free spot in the town center! Wake up, please read this article and start thinking: There is a reason why there is always a free table in this café!
Never ever again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best coffee places in Trieste. Pure Arabica but with not much acid in it, Primo aroma is the brand.2 eur for machiato is fair price. Location is central, sit by end enjoy your machiato while observing the people walking by. Feel like Italian and che sera sera.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. They asked us straight away what we wanted without giving us the menu. When we asked for the menu it took around 10 minutes for the waiter to bring it to us. 10 Minutes later they waiter came back to place our order. Then we waited again for 20minutes to get our drinks. After that they didn't care about us anymore, i asked for the menu again because i decided i wanted to eat something. The waiter immediately broughz me the menu but then he never returned so i could place my order. They also don't have vegetarian stuff, which is really really sad for a city like triest. All in all it was really the worst experience I've ever had. Don't go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coffee was avarage in my opinion nothing special but the staff and by that I think of one waiter who was serving my table, he was so rude, arrogant and unpleasant. It was unbelievable that in city center the waiter can behave like that. He gave me a cup with lipstick on it and when I told him for that he was angry...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience, a disgrace for the beautiful city of Trieste and all the kind people who live here. Service is non existent, slow and rude on top. Prices are a scam, you get different prices based on how they judge you - tourists pay double and female tourists triple the price the locals pay (this is not a speculation, I was there on multiple occasions). Finally, they even tried to scam me by reading a larger amount from my card than the amount on the check! They claimed it was an honest mistake, but gave me the money back only after I threatened to call the police. Do not go there!

I ordered a beer and I’ve got it in a slightly dirty glass. And also, shared toilet.
