Giuseppe Ambrosio. Mi hanno aiutato e guidato riuscendo a far valere i miei diritti e ad ottenere ciò che mi spettava. La cosa che più di tutto mi ha sorpreso in modo positivo è che sono stati in grado di farsi valere sia nei confronti di un'azienda di piccole dimensioni del settore di trattamento acqua (depuratori/addolcitori) che nei confronti di un'azienda con un certo peso a livello Mondiale (nota compagnia area che nonostante il pagamento di copertura assicurativa del volo, non voleva riconoscermi il rimborso) .
