★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una causa a suo dire vinta la ha persa in maniera VERGOGNOSA .Il Tar ha sentenziato che il ricorso da lui presentato " PRIMA ANCORA CHE IMPROCEDIBILE E INFONDATO , RISULTA INAMMISSIBILE ".
Oltre ad avermi fatto perdere una cifrà pari a 55 mila € mi ha fatto anche avere la condanna per il pagamento per le spese processuali pari a 1750 €
Una delle cose tristi e che questo legale non mi ha nemmeno comunicato che abbiamo perso la causa ed ha insistito più volte che era andata in prescrizione. Ho saputo di aver perso la causa tramite una notifica di pagamento delle spese processuali che mi sono arrivate dopo 6 anni dalla sentenza.
Vi CONSIGLIO DI EVITATE QUESTO LEGALE. E SE GIA' GLI AVETE AFFIDATO UN INCARICO FATEVI D'ARE TUTTA LA DOCUMENTAZIONE ALTRIMENTI NON LO VEDETE PIU'.

One of the sad things is that this lawyer didn't even tell me that we lost the case and insisted several times that it was time barred. I learned that I had lost the case through a notification of payment of the legal costs that I received after 6 years from the sentence.
I RECOMMEND YOU AVOID THIS LEGAL. AND IF YOU HAVE ALREADY GIVEN HIM AN ASSIGNMENT, PLEASE HAVE ALL THE DOCUMENTATION, OTHERWISE, YOU WILL NOT SEE IT AGAIN.
