Mi hanno fatto caricare da solo dal magazzino una cassettiera in auto, ripeto, da solo. Nessun magazziniere che mi aiutasse. Dopo essere arrivato per la consegna, mi hanno detto di tornare il giorno dopo perché non vi era nessuno che potesse consegnarmi il prodotto. Nessun avvertimento. Una cosa però è sicura, non mi vedranno mai più. Absolutely to be avoided. Poor professionalism, unfriendly employees, bad customer service. Phone always off. They made me load a chest of drawers from the warehouse by myself, I repeat, by myself. No warehouse worker to help me. È da un mese che aspetto il cambio di una sola maniglia, mi è stato detto che avrebbe pensato ad effettuare il cambio, ma solo di una singola maniglia non di tutte, io dovrei tenere la cucina con una maniglia diverse dalle altre. Per niente soddisfatto del servizio non lo consiglio e non ne usufruirò più in futuro. Veramente deludente... It's a shame, days have to go by both by call and by email to get in touch ...
