★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incoerenza del personale. Il responsabile si è rifiutato di stampare delle foto in una modalita che fino ad ora era sempre stata utilizzata e rivolgendosi al cliente in modo poco garbato.
Staff inconsistency. The manager refused to print photos in a way that until now had always been used and addressed the customer in an unpolite way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto mi venisse riscansionata una cartografia che mi avevano fatto a bassa risoluzione ma il ragazzo si è rifiutato categoricamente e in modo maleducato. Peccato perchè sono cliente da anni e il restante personale a differenza sua è cortese e professionale.
I asked for a low-resolution cartography they had made me to be rescanned but the boy refused categorically and rudely. Too bad because I have been a customer for years and the rest of the staff, unlike him, are courteous and professional.
