Non discuto il costo delle foto l'ho accettato in fase di preventivo, ma 1€ la scansione fate ride. È la prassi scansionare una foto per riprodurla. Ci "accoglie" una ragazza biondina sulla quarantina, con frasi isteriche e uno sguardo di odio come se stessimo lì a farle perdere il suo tempo. Ora, capisco che l'antivigilia è un giorno complicato. Ma non penso che fossimo i primi clienti con una richiesta del genere, e in ogni caso ci sono due risposte possibili, entrambe pronunciate gentilmente: o dire che una consegna per l'indomani non è possibile, oppure qualcosa tipo "Faremo il possibile, ma non garantiamo nulla". La tizia dice "Vi posso fare due stampe formato 30x45cm". Chiediamo di poter aver un preview della disposizione, come è ovvio. La tizia risponde scocciata: "Disposizione random, me ne occupo io". E insiste: "Non ho capito, volete usare voi Photoshop?". No, vogliamo semplicemente vedere cosa compriamo. La tizia continua: "Che sfondo?". Rispondiamo, magari un tessuto, che sembri tipo lino. La tizia sbuffa: "che colore?". "Beige." Insomma, una roba da PRINCIPIANTI del commercio, altro che rispetto del cliente. Il giorno dopo, le foto sono pronte, ma le composizioni sono mediocri come disposizione e come sfondo. E il tutto al prezzo di 33€! Ripeto, 33€ per due stampe simil-A3. Bene il servizio è ottima la puntualità. Non do le 5 stelle solo perché rispetto ad alcune realtà romane i prezzi sono leggermente alti. I ordered 260 photos. Se fossi stata informata prima non avrei mai voluto pagare una cifra così alta per un qualitativo così scarso.
