R	Roberto Dic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono rimasto a piedi con lo scooter a causa della batteria e quando mi sono rivolto a questa officina mi è stato risposto che non faceva soccorso (bastava uno starter per farlo partire) e che se avessi portato lo scooter in officina avrebbe risolto il problema... Peccato che lo scooter si fosse fermato a 3 km dall'officina e lo avrei dovuto spingere (sh300 non molto leggero). Alla fine ho dovuto acquistare la batteria da un autoricambi e sostituirmela. I was left on foot with the scooter because of the battery and when I went to this workshop I was told that it did not provide assistance (a starter was enough to get it started) and that if I had brought the scooter to the workshop it would have solved the problem .. Too bad that the scooter had stopped 3 km from the workshop and I would have had to push it (sh300 not very light). Eventually I had to buy the battery from an auto parts and replace it.

Incapaci nel fare i lavori, mi hanno BUTTATO dei pezzi delle ruote a raggi anni 70 riconsegnandomi la moto malfunzionante e con la ruota anteriore fuori asse! non potendo piu ripararla perché avevano BUTTATO i pezzi rari ho dovuto cambiare tutte e due le ruote a raggi con i cerchioni e pneumatici nuovi originali. €€€€€€ INCAPACI E DISONESTI. PERICOLOSO. NON ANDATECI. AWFUL !! IF YOU WANT TO HURT YOURSELF OR THROW YOUR BIKE, and a lot of money, BRING IT HERE. Unable to do the work, they THROW me pieces of the spoked wheels from the 70s, giving me back the malfunctioning bike and with the front wheel off axis! Not being able to repair it anymore because they had THROWED the rare pieces, I had to change both spoked wheels with the original new rims and tires. $$$$$$ INCAPABLE AND DISHONEST. DANGEROUS. DO NOT GO THERE.

Porto la mia motocicletta per un problema ben specifico, ma durante le due settimane che la hanno tenuta sono stati eseguiti altri due interventi, di cui non sentivo assolutamente il bisogno, senza alcun mio consenso. Ho deciso così di riprendere la motocicletta, pagare i lavori che NON avevo chiesto, e me la sono riportata a casa con il problema iniziale. Ho il telefono acceso e raggiungibile 24/24, una telefonata per ricevere un preventivo e/o la comunicazione di altri lavori necessari mi sembrava il minimo. Avevano per il timore che non gli avrei pagato la manodopera qual'ora avessi rifiutato il preventivo? È un modo totalmente scorretto e disonesto di lavorare. Molto irrispettoso nei confronti del cliente. Mi hanno fatto perdere tempo e soldi. Ovviamente di fattura nemmeno a parlarne. Absolutely negative experience.
