Mi accoglie Mauro, persona matura con fare amichevole e disponibile. Definiamo pavimenti per tutta la casa e rivestimenti per bagno e cucina. Al termine del preordine mi comunica che due dei tre articoli rientrano nel capitolato e su cui non dovrò pagare differenze. Accettiamo e gli comunichiamo che ci faremo sentire per conferma. Quando arriviamo a confermare cambia le carte in tavola e ci dice che su tutti gli articoli c'è da pagare una differenza e che inoltre, uno dei tre, non è più disponibile. Troviamo insieme il sostituto e, definite le differenze da pagare, arriviamo all'ordine. Il materiale arriva con circa un mese di ritardo e per di più due dei tre articoli non sono quelli scelti ma sono stati sostituiti arbitrariamente senza neanche avvisare. Da precisare che in ogni comunicazione le parole di Mauro erano sempre "stai tranquillo" "stai sereno" "non ti preoccupare". Mi ritrovo a una settimana dal rogito senza pavimenti ne rivestimenti bagno e cucina. SCONSIGLIO vivamente di comprare materiale in questo rivenditore. Non è assolutamente professionale e non ha rispetto di chi acquista. Risparmiate il vostro tempo e il vostro denaro.
