Sono molto amareggiata nel dover fare questa recensione poiché non credevo davvero finisse così e soprattutto perché sono stata completamente ignorata. Ho ordinato, dopo varie volte che sono andata in negozio, 2 termoarredo su misura: uno da incastrare in una nicchia da 45 cm. L'ho ordinato da 41,4 cm ed è arrivato da 45 (tra l'altro dopo un mese di ritardo poiché l'ordine non è mai partito fino a che non sono andata in negozio per chiedere che fine avevano fatto)!! Dopo aver chiesto spiegazioni al signore mi è stato risposto che ho ricevuto una telefonata di avvertimento/conferma in cui mi veniva detto che il termoarredo necessitava di un elemento in più a causa degli attacchi particolari (??? e, se anche fosse vera la telefonata in questione, il fantomatico elemento in più non lo pago???). Non sono stata aiutata in alcun modo dal "signore" del negozio anzi insisteva con questa telefonata ovviamente mai ricevuta. Io quantomeno ho il preventivo con la misura su scritta a prova di quanto ho ordinato. Non mi è stato detto nulla su un eventuale cambio visto che l'errore è stato loro: sono stata completamente ignorata ed è per questo che faccio questa recensione poiché il risultato finale è che ho un buco nel muro (che mi permette di far sfiatare la valvola) e dopo aver pagato in più sia per gli attacchi "speciali" sia per il colore sinceramente essere ignorata non mi va giù. Se per voi è normale in una casa completamente ristrutturata e avere un buco nel muro perché la gente non sa fare il suo lavoro, per me non lo è. A mai più. Bad and disappointing experience. I ordered, after several times that I went to the store, 2 custom-made radiators: one to fit into a 45 cm niche. I ordered it at 16 '' and it arrived at 45 (by the way after a month of delay as the order never left until I went to the store to ask what happened to them) !! After asking the gentleman for an explanation, I was told that I received a warning / confirmation phone call in which I was told that the radiator needed an extra element due to the particular attacks (??? and, even if the phone call were true in question, I do not pay the elusive extra element ???). I was not helped in any way by the "gentleman" of the shop, on the contrary, he insisted with this phone call obviously never received. At least I have the quote with the written measure as proof of what I ordered. I was not told anything about a possible change since the mistake was theirs: I was completely ignored and that is why I am doing this review as the end result is that I have a hole in the wall (which allows me to vent the valve) and after paying more for both the "special" attacks and the color, honestly being ignored doesn't go down well with me. If it is normal for you in a completely renovated house to have a hole in the wall because people don't know how to do their jobs, for me it is not. To never again.
