★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attenti che vi stampano le domande senza averle inoltrare nel sistema! Dell'esito negativo avessi saputo pure prima se caf avrebbe inoltrato la domanda. Sono dovuta a mandare io la domanda!

Un grazie di cuore al dipendente (che non ricordo il nome) che in poche ore è riuscito a risolvere un problema lavorandoci anche fuori dal suo orario di lavoro. Grazie
I have visited many offices, trade unions etc. but the education and professionalism that I have found in this office I really think I can not find it in anyone else. Sebbene svolgano discretamente il loro lavoro, praticano l'odiosa "arte" di non rispondere MAI al telefono e vi posso garantire che é prassi consolidata poichè più volte mi sono trovato lì, e i telefoni squillava o all infinito senza che nessuno "anche non impegnato", si degnasse di alzare la cornetta! Questa recensione calza a pennello poiché proprio qualche giorno fa volevo chiarimenti su assegni familiari, minimo 6 telefonate, risposte 0!a quel punto mi sono rivolto a un altro patronato che molto professionalmente mi ha chiarito tutto via telefono e mediante e mail. Stesso giochetto odioso sia al caf che al patronato. Ridicoli
I'm done with these. Although they do their job discreetly, they practice the hateful "art" of NEVER answering the phone and I can assure you that it is a consolidated practice as I have been there several times, and the phones rang or endlessly without anyone "even not busy" , deign to pick up the phone! This review fits perfectly because just a few days ago I wanted clarification on family allowances, minimum 6 phone calls, 0 answers! At that point I turned to another patronage who very professionally clarified everything to me by phone and by e-mail. Same hateful game both at the café and at the patronage. Ridiculous
