Pagando profumatamente un servizio di cui sono rimasta pienamente delusa. Sono stato al centro medico per un tampone molecolare; malgrado l'attuale situazione emergenziale, sono stati efficentissimi, sia per quanto riguarda l'accettazione (dove mi sono state spiegate con chiarezza le tempistiche e i costi) che per quanto riguarda l'esecuzione del tampone. Un ringraziamento, in particolare, all'operatrice che ha eseguito il tampone, delicatissima e estremamente cortese. Professional and very kind.
