★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tutti, ma dico tutti, anche i local guide non hanno mai dato 5 stelle un motivo ci sarà! Io personalmente 7 anni fa ho avuto un parente di 80 anni ricoverato e dopo un mese l'ho dovuto portare via per la poca attenzione, ora nuovamente mi sono ritrovato nelle stesse condizioni. Struttura valida, ma dovrebbero lavorare molto di più su come interagire con le persone anziane e malate e con i famigliari, si chiama buona educazione e "compassione"- ovviamente il consiglio vale per alcuni soggetti, non per tutti, anche qui si possono trovare delle persone veramente speciali.
If everyone, but I mean everyone, even the local guides have never given 5 stars, there will be a reason! I personally 7 years ago I had an 80-year-old relative hospitalized and after a month I had to take him away for the lack of attention, now I found myself again in the same conditions. Valid structure, but they should work much more on how to interact with the elderly and sick people and with family members, it is called good education and "compassion" - obviously the advice applies to some subjects, not all, even here you can find some truly special people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Credevo fosse una struttura meritevole, ma mi sbagliavo. Sono andata per fare l'ecografia alla tiroide, pagando anche un pò, ed una volta incontrata la dottoressa mi ha trattata malissimo. Nonostante ciò ho mantenuto l'educazione dall'inizio alla fine, ma tutto questo è veramente vergognoso. Alla fine della visita ho provato a chiedere spiegazione della diagnosi, e mi ha quasi urlato contro! Ma stiamo scherzando? Se la dottoressa si arrabbia per una ragazza di 24 anni che chiede gentilmente di saperne di più sul suo stato di salute, non oso immaginare quando beccherà una persona che vorrà farla licenziare per la sua maleducazione! Oltretutto c'era già stata mia nonna per rialibitazione, e invece dopo un mese è tornata in ospedale per poi morirci. Giudicate voi, io non ci metterò mai più piede.
I thought it was a worthy structure, but I was wrong. I went to do the thyroid ultrasound, even paying a little, and once I met the doctor she treated me very badly. Despite this I have kept the education from start to finish, but all this is really shameful. At the end of the visit I tried to ask for an explanation of the diagnosis, and he almost yelled at me! Are we joking? If the doctor gets upset about a 24-year-old girl politely asking to find out more about her health, I can't imagine when she catches someone who wants to get her fired for her rudeness! Moreover, my grandmother had already been there for resettlement, and instead after a month she returned to the hospital and then died there. Judge for yourself, I will never set foot there again.

Mia nonna, 84 anni e molto malata, é stata lasciata a piangere da sola, nonostante avesse suonato il campanello, per un'ora, fino a che é arrivata a farle visita mia zia(visita inaspettata e scomoda, a quanto pare). Per 180 euro al giorno, ci si aspetta forse un pò più di cura.
Horrible experience. My grandmother, 84 years old and very sick, was left to cry alone, despite having rang the bell for an hour, until my aunt came to visit her (unexpected and uncomfortable visit, apparently). For 180 euros a day, perhaps a little more care is expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella perché non potevo mettere 0.. una esperienza da non ricordare.. sono stata una settimana a fare la notte, stavo con una signora in una stanza con altre due donne anziane, a cominciare dalle ore 21.30 non vedi più nessuno a giro, chiamano al campanello fanno finta di non sentire non vanno a dare un po’ di acqua a quelli che non si possono muovere, la maggior parte delle donne che lavorano li sono straniere sono prepotente e trattano male tutto. Insomma brutto brutto brutto.
A star because I could not put 0 .. an experience not to remember .. I was a week to do the night, I was with a lady in a room with two other elderly women, starting from 21.30 you don't see anyone around anymore, they call the doorbell they pretend not to hear they don't go to give some water to those who can't move, most of the women who work there are foreigners they are domineering and they treat everything badly. In short, ugly ugly ugly.
