O	Olga N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La procedura di "restituzione" dei bambini: il bambino va accompagnato subito fuori struttura, al mini parcheggio tra il centro e la strada (al freddo e sotto la pioggia), il terapista dice solo che il bambino è stato bravo e a volte dice cosa hanno fatto durante la seduta. Non ci sono le indicazioni per i genitori su come devono lavorare in casa (deve essere un processo continuo, non solo durante 1-2 sedute a settimana al centro), non si parla degli obbiettivi precisi (cosa si vuole ottenere di concreto? cosa bisogna fare per ottenerlo?), non esiste collaborazione con la scuola (è stato organizzato da parte di scuola un incontro online però lo specialista del centro non si è presentato). La segretaria dice sempre: "Non posso aiutare in questo, sono solo la segretaria". Non esiste un consulente che possa aiutare. Se il bambino va seguito dai più terapisti, loro non lo sanno! Non c'è scambio delle info tra loro, non si collaborano. The procedure for "returning" the children: the child must be accompanied immediately outside the structure, to the mini parking between the center and the street (in the cold and in the rain), the therapist only says that the child was good and sometimes says what they have done during the session. There are no indications for parents on how they should work at home (it must be a continuous process, not only during 1-2 sessions a week at the center), no specific objectives are mentioned (what do you want to achieve? do to get it?), there is no collaboration with the school (an online meeting was organized by the school but the specialist of the center did not show up). The secretary always says, "I can't help with that, I'm just the secretary." There is no consultant who can help. If the child is followed by several therapists, they don't know! There is no exchange of information between them, they do not collaborate.
