Chiaramente mi ha aiutata e sostenuta in un periodo difficile, costruendo un percorso in cui ho imparato e ricordato strumenti/tecniche utilissime sempre, ma fondamentali nei periodi più difficili e/o in situazioni in qualche modo traumatiche.
