The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, they do an excellent job even under pressure in emergency situations. Really very good!

TUTTI sempre disponibili,competenti,sempre pronti ad aiutare e cosa non da poco,molto empaticj verso gli animali. Hanno anche un numero h24 e rispondono anche tramite WhatsApp. Se mi rivolto a loro fin da subito,sicuramente il mio Ryu ora starebbe ancora camminando. Assolutamente consigliata.
