D	Danilo b on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prenotazione alle 16.....due ore di attesa.....mi fate entrare alle 18 ....poi 45min in uno stanzino senza finestre .....ogni tanto entra uno/a....un attimo che arriva il collega.....un attimo che arriviamo....dopo 10 Min ....stiamo scaricando le analisi del cane....altro 10 Min ...scusi come si chiama il cane?( Ma come ?...stavate a scaricare le analisi...ma se non sapete neanche il nome)....altri 10 Min ...un attimo che il collega è al telefono ....quindi col cane( che stava male)....ho detto due bestemmie e me ne sono andato. Se non fosse stato per loro, preparati, professionali ma soprattutto aperti 24 ore su 24 non so se ce L’avremmo fatta. Consigliato a tutti! Thanks to them we managed to save our cat Zeus! Portai il mio cagnolino da loro in emergenza e loro mi dissero che era necessario un ricovero di 48 ore. Mi mostrarono il preventivo ed io accettai. Quando sono tornato a riprendere il mio cagnolino, non mi dissero nulla delle sue condizioni. Umanità zero. Erano più preoccupati al saldo della fattura, cresciuta del 30% rispetto al preventivo, perché avevano fatto altri esami senza chiedermi nemmeno il consenso. Morale della favola; ho ripreso il mio cagnolino in condizioni peggiori di come lo avevo lasciato e dopo una settimana è volato in cielo. È una vergogna!!! Mi chiedo come sia possibile che nessun ente stia intervenendo per chiudere questa struttura!!! Very bad experience with this clinic that unfortunately I will not be able to forget easily. When I went back to pick up my little dog, they didn't tell me anything about his condition. Zero humanity. They were more worried about the balance of the invoice, which increased by 30% compared to the estimate, because they had done other tests without even asking my consent. Moral of the story; I got my little dog back in worse condition than I had left him and after a week he flew to the sky. It's a shame!!! I wonder how it is possible that no body is intervening to close this structure !!!

Fausti per aver curato con estrema professionalità e competenza il mio gatto di 11 anni (Tony) portato in urgenza per un ostruzione delle vie urinarie, e operato successivamente per una perforazione della vescica in condizioni molto precarie visti gli esami ematici molto alterati. Staff molto disponibile anche telefonicamente per gli aggiornamenti clinici del gatto nei vari giorni di ricovero. Grazie grazie e ancora grazie, siete stati fantastici, clinica consigliatissima ❤️?. L’ equipe medica si è subito preoccupata di fare gli accertamenti dovuti, con esito di pneumotorace. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti dall’efficienza di tutto il personale, sempre molto disponibile anche telefonicamente per tenerci aggiornati sulle condizioni del cane. Fortunatamente dopo qualche giorno il problema è stato risolto, non finiremo mai di ringraziarli. Clinica consigliatissima, ottimo rapporto con gli animali ma soprattutto professionalità impeccabile.
