Abbiamo ricevuto da subito pronta accoglienza, in un posto pulito e ben organizzato, umanità e competenza, che ci hanno fatto sentire al sicuro. Stone è stata seguita e coccolata e sono stati fatti immediatamente tutti gli accertamenti necessari. Purtroppo, tornati a Roma, abbiamo dovuto proseguire con il ricovero perché la situazione è seria e delicata, come da subito ci aveva spiegato il dott Pascali che, nonostante lo spostamento nella capitale, non ci ha abbandonato e continua, con professionalità e affetto, a seguirci da lontano. Ci auguriamo che questa storia possa finire bene e speriamo di poter tornare a salutarvi, insieme a Stone. Grazie di cuore e buon lavoro a tutto il meraviglioso staff, Angelo e Francesca. We happened by chance, addressed by a friend, to check our 7 month old puppy. We immediately received a prompt welcome, in a clean and well-organized place, humanity and competence, which made us feel safe. Stone was followed and pampered and all the necessary checks were made immediately. Unfortunately, back in Rome, we had to continue with the hospitalization because the situation is serious and delicate, as Dr. Pascali had immediately explained to us who, despite moving to the capital, did not abandon us and continues, with professionalism and affection, to follow us from afar. Proprio oggi la dottoressa Camilla si è presa cura del mio gattino con affetto infinito, come se il gattino fosse suo. La cosa che apprezzo di più è la trasparenza con cui vengono illustrati rischi e benefici anche della più banale prestazione erogata. My cats have been loyal customers for two years now. Very clean clinic, always well sanitized and perfumed. Doctor Francesco Pascali, together with his team, are available and very professional. Just today Dr. Camilla took care of my kitten with infinite affection, as if the kitten were hers. The thing I appreciate most is the transparency with which the risks and benefits of even the most banal service provided are illustrated.

La preparazione fuori dal comune, la professionalità, la correttezza e l'attenzione di Francesco non ha eguali. La mia adorata (e sfortuna) Rebel, ha subito tanti interventi chirurgici di varia natura ed è stato sempre risolto egregiamente ogni problema avuto. Ultimo in ordine cronologico, un tumore al fegato, una massa di grandi dimensioni che invadeva altri organi circostanti. Una situazione complessa e rischiosissima soprattutto per un cane anziano. La massa è stata asportata dopo 4 ore di intervento certosino e ora Rebel sta bene!! Non avrei affidato a nessun altro la vita di Rebel se non a Lui. My beloved (and unfortunate) Rebel, has undergone many surgeries of various kinds and every problem she had has always been very well resolved. Last in chronological order, a liver tumor, a large mass that invaded other surrounding organs. A complex and very risky situation, especially for an elderly dog. The mass was removed after 4 hours of painstaking intervention and now Rebel is fine !! I would not have entrusted Rebel's life to anyone but Him. Tutto quello che di positivo mi era stato detto si è verificato: ho trovato un’accoglienza e un affettuosità nei confronti della cagnetta veramente straordinaria. Particolare attenzione allo stato di salute dell’animale senza “guardare l’orologio” sembrava quasi che la mia Ninni fosse loro e non mia. Un particolare ringraziamento alla dottoressa Camilla per come ha sempre approcciato con il mio cane e alla pazienza nell’ ascoltare le mie mille domande. Ultimo ma non trascurabile….non sono affatto venali perché per loro viene prima la salute del cane. Grazie ancora. I went to this clinic convinced by some positive feedback collected from other dog owners, because I needed to sterilize my Ninni. Everything positive that I was told has occurred: I found a welcome and affection for the truly extraordinary dog. Particular attention to the state of health of the animal without "looking at the clock" it almost seemed that my Ninni was theirs and not mine. A special thanks to Dr. Camilla for how she always approached my dog and for the patience in listening to my thousand questions. Last but not least .... they are not at all venal because for them the health of the dog comes first. Thanks again.
