Hanno comunicato chiaramente con noi e ci hanno sostenuto nelle scelte che abbiamo dovuto fare. I prezzi sono sicuramente elevati ma del resto è un servizio prezioso. Unfortunately, we have already used the first aid service several times for our dogs, the professionals we met have always given a competent opinion and dealt with the problems in a scrupulous, timely and in one case even life-saving. They communicated clearly with us and supported us in the choices we had to make. The prices are certainly high but it is a valuable service.

Sono arrivata per un emergenza (ascesso scoppiato al gatto) e mi han detto che avrei atteso una decina di minuti, in realtà dopo pochissimi minuti hanno preso in carico il gatto e l’han medicato all’istante. Mi é anche stato applicato uno sconto. Sono soddisfatta Very welcoming, kind and fast. I arrived for an emergency (cat abscess burst) and they told me I would wait about ten minutes, in reality after a few minutes they took charge of the cat and treated it instantly. I was also given a discount. I am satisfied

Anche dal punto di vista umano davvero molto gentili,comprensivi e sul pezzo. Clinica fortemente consigliata! Professional, trained and helpful staff! I relied on them for two surgical emergencies at different times and both times they promptly resolved the problems of my Bull Terrier, with a decidedly not easy temper.
