Se capita il giorno fortunato, con il veterinario professionale (ad es. con me Maurilio è stato ottimo e perspicace a diagnosticare, mentre altre volte con altre dottoresse l'esperienza è stata spiacevole perché sembravano scocciate e infastidite dal lavoro richiesto) fila tutto liscio. Il problema di fondo è una disorganizzazione e una poca chiarezza dei ruoli: le infermiere (una ragazza tatuata e una con i capelli mori) si lamentano continuamente e si snervano anche a mettere una cannula, allo sportello c'è sempre gente diversa e prima che rispondono al telefono passano gli anni (le ragazze pessime, al telefono non riuscivano a comunicare, mentre la signora più adulta è molto carina e gentile). Insomma: poca chiarezza, troppi galli a cantare. Se si ha un cane docile, che deve fare il vaccino o ha il raffreddore, questo ambulatorio è più che valido. Ma se la situazione sfora di poco dalla norma, fuggite. All a matter of luck. If it happens on a lucky day, with the professional vet (e.g. Maurilio was excellent and insightful to diagnose with me, while at other times with other doctors the experience was unpleasant because they seemed annoyed and bothered by the work required) everything goes smoothly. The underlying problem is a disorganization and a lack of clarity of roles: the nurses (one tattooed girl and one with dark hair) complain constantly and even get unnerved to put a cannula, there are always different people at the counter and before that they answer the phone the years go by (bad girls, on the phone they could not communicate, while the older lady is very nice and kind). In short: lack of clarity, too many roosters to crow. If you have a docile dog, who needs a vaccine or has a cold, this surgery is more than worthwhile. But if the situation is just outside the norm, flee.

Complimenti alla dottoressa Elvira. All'inizio solo Dottoressa Loredana e Maurilio, poi anche altri "pediatri" - Luca, Walter, Brunella, Paola, Arianna con assistenti ed infermieri come Ilaria, Monica e Carlotta. Sono tutti BRAVISSIMI e molto PROFESSIONALI, con le profonde conoscenze del loro lavoro e TANTA ESPERIENZA! Proprio per questi motivi sono molto richiesti ed apprezzati. Gli assistiti, chi li conosce bene, sono disposti alle attese, pur essere da loro curati. Certo, nessuno è contento restare in fila per molto tempo ed è proprio per questo è stata introdotta la possibilità di prenotazione, per chi lo può fare e rispettare rappresenta un ottima soluzione. Nessuno di questi medici è stato ancora santificato, purtroppo in questa vita si muore, muoriamo noi, malati o vecchi, muoiono anche nostri amici. A volte per salvare una vita contano non ore, ma secondi, basta poco per sbagliare tutto... E moltre volte in questo c'è tanta colpa nostra, speriamo sempre che "passa"... Lo scrivo perche tutto fa parte della mia esperienza personale... Accudisco con mio marito tantissimi gatti e tutti, nessuno escluso, sono passati per questa clinica (più due mie cagnette). Qualcuno ci ha lasciati, altri sono vivi, anzi, VIVISSIMI! Adottati e non. E NON C'E' GIORNO CHE NON RINGRAZIO QUESTO GRUPPO DI VETERINARI! GRAZIE DOTTORI! GRAZIE DI CUORE! I	Il Destino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le prime volte che ho usufruito dei servizi offerti da questa clinica ero rimasta positivamente impressa. Ma frequentandoli dì più mi sono accorta che sono estremamente disorganizzati e carenti dì attenzione nei confronti dei clienti, che alla fine dei conti sono coloro che portano soldi. Ho visto nelle recensioni che mi precedono, le risposte del titolare o chi per loro che si giustificano dei disservizi e lamentano dì clienti che non prendono appuntamento e perciò dei ritardi. Io ho sempre preso appuntamento con loro e non mi hanno mai, dico MAI ricevuto in orario . Le volte che sono stata particolarmente fortunata ho atteso una mezz’ora circa. Inoltre non hanno una buona gestione della comunicazione interna, della serie ti dicono che devi fare qualcosa con un certo dottore e il dottore alla fine manco lo sa’. Ti danno orario al telefono, ti presenti e non c’è nessuno ad accoglierti perché ti hanno dato un orario sbagliato. I responsabili sono poco organizzati e alla fine il fatto che sono tutti collaboratori a partita iva fa comprendere che il grado dì deresponsabilizzazione è particolarmente alto per quello. Comunque per concludere è una clinica che viaggia e guadagna su grandi numeri, se occorre un vaccino o una prestazione semplice questa struttura è fattibile, se avete un animale con problemi più complessi e vi aspettate particolare cura ed attenzione è meglio rivolgersi altrove, tanto i soldi li spenderete lo stesso ma almeno avrete un trattamento più efficiente e professionale. I have always made an appointment with them and they never, I mean NEVER received me on time. The times that I have been particularly lucky I have waited about half an hour. They also do not have a good management of internal communication, in the series they tell you that you have to do something with a certain doctor and in the end the doctor doesn't even know it. They give you time on the phone, you show up and there is no one to welcome you because they gave you a wrong time. The managers are not very organized and in the end the fact that they are all VAT number collaborators makes it clear that the degree of de-responsibility is particularly high for that. However, to conclude it is a clinic that travels and earns large numbers, if you need a vaccine or a simple service this structure is feasible, if you have an animal with more complex problems and you expect particular care and attention it is better to go elsewhere, so much money. you will spend it the same but at least you will have a more efficient and professional treatment.
