★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È una garanzia. La prima esperienza qui fu l'intervento del cane di mio nonno che fu miracoloso. Poi diversi anni fa conobbi il dottor Di Mauro che si occupava di animali esotici e ho riconosciuto da subito la sua professionalità, competenza e umanità, a differenza di molti altri; sarà sempre un bel ricordo. Adesso al suo posto è subentrato il dottor Eredia, più giovane ma altrettanto in gamba. Continuate così.
 It is a guarantee. The first experience here was the intervention of my grandfather's dog which was miraculous. Then several years ago I met Dr. Di Mauro who dealt with exotic animals and I immediately recognized his professionalism, competence and humanity, unlike many others; will always be a good memory. Now Dr. Eredia, younger but just as smart, has taken his place. Keep it up.

Non smetterò mai di ringraziare tutto lo staff ferrarotto per la loro professionalità, disponibilità, pulizia, umanità... È stato un grande lavoro di, squadra da parte di tutti. Mi dispiace non aver conosciuto prima questa grande Clinica...
La segreteria sempre disponibile a darmi informazioni.. O a richiamarmi immediamente quando non potevano parlare subito..
LE dottoresse e le loro spiegazioni. Ma soprattutto potevo andare a trovare i miei due gatti 1 volta al giorno... Cosa che in altri posti non si fa.. Ovviamente con tutte le regole del covid e ben coperti da guanti per i piedi e mani..

This clinic was the salvation for my two kittens King and Fuco ... I will never stop thanking all the ferrarotto staff for their professionalism, availability, cleanliness, humanity ... It was a great work of, team by all. I'm sorry not to have known this great Clinic before ...
The secretary is always available to give me information .. Or to call me back immediately when they could not speak immediately ..
The doctors and their explanations. But above all I could go and see my two cats once a day ... Which is not done in other places .. Obviously with all the rules of the covid and well covered by gloves for the feet and hands ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast and efficient service by evidently qualified personnel. We brought here our english bulldog for apparent food poisoning around midnight and were met by a very professional doc. Fast diagnostic and effective treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dog ate a rat poison and he needs a immediate check; so I called this vet around 11pm, even though he doesn't speak English that well he tried his best and understood what i was saying. So speak slowly for English speakers out there. He immediately gave my dog a vomit shot and after that he gave him a multiple shots to prevent poison from effecting him. So my dog is so far so good.
