Ho molto apprezzato anche il fatto che sia disponibile per ogni chiarimento sulle diagnosi o consiglio sia per le cure e che l'eventuale dieta: mi ha molto rassicurata. Inoltre ha tutti i reperti digitalizzati che invia tramite mail, così non rischio di perdere nulla e il contatto WhatsApp è comodissimo. In ultimo l'ambulatorio: è molto luminoso ed accogliente, soprattutto la stanza delle visite che in genere è l'ambiente più opprimente. Abbiamo anche fatto operare il nostro cagnolino per una piccolissima ciste e tutto e’ andato benissimo! Super controllato e monitorato e lui, nonostante tutto, torna sempre con piacere a farsi visitare, e questo perché si capisce che e’ stato bene e super coccolato! Consiglio vivamente! Very good! La D.ssa, i suoi collaboratori e l'assistente sono seri e competenti, e anche attenti alla sensibilità del cane. Ho una jack russell di quasi 14 anni, e anche se dal veterinario è sempre molto agitata, gli esami necessari sono stati fatti limitando al massimo lo stress, e durante le ore di degenza post-operatoria sono stata costantemente informata sul suo stato fisico... ed emotivo :) Davvero bravi! Congratulations to the MyVet Clinic and to Dr. Di Ciommo for their professionalism! I had never been to them before and I had a great time. The dog, her collaborators and the assistant are serious and competent, and also attentive to the sensitivity of the dog. I have a jack russell who is almost 14 years old, and even if she is always very agitated at the vet, the necessary tests were done with maximum stress, and during the hours of post-operative hospitalization I was constantly informed about her physical state .. . and emotional :) Really good!

The place is very conveniently located right by my house and was highly recommended by a local who knows well the neighbourhood. I had a new Scottish Fold short hair kitten of less than 3 months which I had acquired from a breeder and took her immediately to the vet for his first checkup. Blue Saint Muffin, my kitten after 3 days fell ill and I took him again to the Vet Dezza Clinic for Drsa Francesca to see him. She urgently advised me to take him to the animal hospital because he was really poorly and this was just before Christmas, Dec 22nd. This analysis and attention led Muffin to be cured otherwise he would have died as he had a few major health conditions and was really too young. After 6 weeks of special care, Muffin grew and was treated and became strong and he is now a happy joyful kitten. Thanks to Francesca's professional expertise she was able to save his life. I can't thank her enough for her efforts as now our family are able to enjoy Muffin's company everyday in a healthy way. I highly recommend Drsa Francesca's services to anyone who wishes to care for their pets!
