★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto professionali, disponibili, competenti, gentili sia con gli animali che con le persone. Ti rendono partecipe di tutto quello che propongono e/o viene fatto al tuo pet. Ho provato a cambiare studio veterinario ma molto delusa sono tornata.
 Very professional, helpful, competent, kind to both animals and people. They make you participate in everything they propose and / or are done to your pet. I tried to change the vet's office but very disappointed I came back.

Chiamato alle 7.30 per un emergenza e mi hanno dato subito l'appuntamento in prima mattinata. Dottoressa davvero gentile e professionale, complimenti per la gentilezza anche alla sua assistente.
Despite the bad time faced, Dr. Lumina proved to be very kind and professional, exposing the situation to me clearly. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posso dire che il personale della clinica é eccezzionale . Molto attenti ai bisogni dell'animale ma anche molto premurosi verso il padrone. Mi hanno seguito il gatto per 15 anni e ho apprezzato la professionalità in tutti questi anni. La sensibiltà con cui mi hanno aiutato ad affrontare un'improvvisa malattia e poi la perdita del mio amato fiocco sono quel valore in più che rende la clínica e soprattutto le persone che vi lavorano davvero speciali. Consigliatissimo per il primo animale ma anche per quelli che verranno
I can say that the staff of the clinic is exceptional. Very attentive to the needs of the animal but also very attentive to the owner. I have been following the cat for 15 years and I have appreciated the professionalism all these years. The sensitivity with which they helped me to face a sudden illness and then the loss of my beloved bow are that extra value that makes the clinic and above all the people who work there really special.
