(infarto spinale) adesso è qua che corre come non mai grazie a loro! Professionali, competenti e soprattutto amanti degli animali! Consigliatissimo! I brought my Ody a few years ago because from one day to the next the whole right side of the body was paralyzed .. (spinal infarction) now it's here that he runs like never before thanks to them! Professional, competent and above all animal lovers! Highly recommended!

Sappiamo quanto siete impegnati ma il dott Dolera ci ha dedicato un po’ del suo tempo e ci ha rassicurato ... il percorso e’ ancora lungo ma Bella ce la farà anche grazie alle cure di chi l’ha cresciuta con tantissimo amore nonostante il suggerimento disse quello di altri vet di “addormentarla” quando aveva pochi giorni di vita. They worked a great little miracle for a special kitten .... thanks from Bella for everything, even for yesterday morning's assistance. We know how busy you are but Dr. Dolera has dedicated some of his time to us and reassured us ... the path is still long but Bella will make it thanks to the care of those who raised her with a lot of love despite the suggestion said that of other vets to "put her to sleep" when she was a few days old.

Ho telefonato sabato alle 11 e 30 e lunedì, nonostante le tante prenotazioni che già avevano, hanno diagnosticato e risolto la grossa ernia cervicale del mio cane. Rimani spiazzato quando arrivi, perché ti ritrovi in un'azienda agricola circondato da una miriade di fiori e piante, con gatti affetuosissimi. Grazie di cuore al Dottor Dolera che si prodiga, insieme al suo staff, per aiutare tutti, senza orari, senza mandar via nessuno. La sua è una vera e propria missione di vita. La sua professionalità viaggia di pari passo con il suo amore infinito x gli animali. Grazie anche per averci accolti e accompagnati x tutto il giorno in un ambiente ricco di storia, colorato, accogliente, che ti fa sentire a casa, che ti aiuta a sopportare la preoccupazione x il tuo amico. Non avrei sopportato una giornata in una fredda, anonima e monocromatica clinica. A chi si lamenta dei prezzi voglio dare un consiglio: provate a telefonare nelle altre cliniche, sentite i tempi di attesa e chiedete i prezzi; capirete che il Dott. Dolera è anche onesto nonostante abbia dei macchinari invidiabili e tanti medici e personale. I couldn't have endured a day in a cold, anonymous, monochromatic clinic. To those who complain about prices I want to give some advice: try calling the other clinics, hear the waiting times and ask for the prices; you will understand that Dr. Dolera is also honest despite having enviable machinery and many doctors and staff.

Tralascio i dettagli di come mi hanno trattato e di come hanno trattato la mia gatta perché è stato vergognoso. I write this review after almost 2 months and with a cold mind. Bad clinic, zero empathy, zero professionalism. The only interest is money. I leave out the details of how they treated me and how they treated my cat because it was shameful.

Per quanto riguarda invece i rapporti con i clienti lasciano un poco a desiderare, anche i prezzi sono molto alti. Professionally, nothing to say, state-of-the-art equipment and competent doctors. As for customer relations, however, they leave a little to be desired, the prices are also very high.
C	Caterina Lupo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ogni volta sembra di essere in un paradiso. Andare e venire accolti da cani e gatti è assolutamente meraviglioso. Sono stata 3 volte dal dottor Dolera, Ogni volta sono andata con il cuore pesante (non ci si rivolge a lui per un semplice vaccino), ed ogni volta ha sempre alleggerito le mie pene riportando la salute nelle mie due gattine. 5 anni fa fu in grado di fare una risonanza magnetica alla mia Maggie, senza doverla sedare, e la rimise in piedi nel giro di un paio di mesi. 20 giorni fa, invece, ha diagnosticato alla mia Miki una malattia rara, la poliardicoloreurite, ed oggi la meravigliosa sentenza di guarigione completa. Consigliato, competente, tempestivi, tutto quello che ti aspetti lo puoi trovare qui. È caro? Per il servizio svolto poco importa. Come ho detto non si eseguono semplici vaccini, ma risonanze magnetiche, radiografie, interventi con strumentazione d'avanguardia. Dovrebbero esserci più posti come questo in Italia. I have been 3 times to doctor Dolera, each time I went with a heavy heart (we do not turn to him for a simple vaccine), and each time he has always lightened my pains by restoring health to my two kittens. 5 years ago he was able to give my Maggie an MRI, without having to sedate her, and got her back on her feet within a couple of months. 20 days ago, on the other hand, he diagnosed my Miki with a rare disease, polydicoloreuritis, and today the wonderful sentence of complete recovery. Recommended, competent, timely, everything you expect can be found here. It's expensive? For the service performed it does not matter. As I said, simple vaccines are not performed, but magnetic resonances, radiographs, interventions with state-of-the-art instrumentation. There should be more places like this in Italy.

I travelled and spent 2 weeks in Italy to get radiotherapy for my dog, diagnosed with a terminal brain tumor. My dog has received the best care and was being looked after in an extraordinary way. The team, infrastructure and medical approach were better than what I have ever experienced (after experiencing vet medical care in 3 other countries). The team of experts treats every single animal as individuals needing specific care and attention. We were given hope after we became hopeless, plus real and thorough explanations for my dog’s condition. Cost is way below what other places will charge for whilst this place has got the most advanced and rigorous technology in Europe. I will be forever grateful for what this place has done for my dog and I.
