Se un domani avessi un animale mi rivolgerei sicuramente a loro! FANTASTIC DOCTORS, although for us it was a terrible moment, they were wonderful, they were close to us step by step in making sure that our dog did not suffer. I want to thank them for their kind and gentle ways, very competent! If one day I had an animal I would definitely turn to them!

Dall'accettazione alle visite abbiamo trovato tanta empatia, gentilezza e professionalità. Hanno fatto tutti gli esami del caso continuando a rassicurare me e Birillo! La clinica è dotata di parcheggio, è nuova, pulita, attrezzata e accogliente. Davvero ottima!

Un'impresa al femminile, in cui la scrupolosa preparazione professionale e l'esperienza si coniugano perfettamente con grandi doti di umanità e amore incondizionato per gli animali. Dottoresse ed infermiere non fanno mai mancare il loro supporto ed una parola gentile ai proprietari, soprattutto quando li vedono emotivamente in difficoltà. Tutte le discipline veterinarie sono coperte (anche odontoiatria e ortopedia, in maniera esemplare), la diagnostica consente molti esami in tempo reale e gli esami di sangue ed urine hanno referti molto rapidi. Difficile trovare persone così giovani e già tanto capaci, oltre che molto oneste e puntuali (anche nel seguire l'evoluzione del loro operato nel tempo). Non porteremmo i nostri animali in nessun altro posto. Probably the best veterinary clinic in western Genoa, if not in all of Genoa (and we have toured several over the years). A female enterprise, in which scrupulous professional preparation and experience are perfectly combined with great qualities of humanity and unconditional love for animals. Doctors and nurses never lack their support and a kind word to the owners, especially when they see them emotionally in trouble. All veterinary disciplines are covered (even dentistry and orthopedics, in an exemplary way), diagnostics allow many tests in real time and blood and urine tests have very rapid reports. It is difficult to find people so young and already so capable, as well as very honest and punctual (even in following the evolution of their work over time). We would not take our animals anywhere else.

Sale d attesa separate per cani e gatti stanze dedicate e un sacco di vizi per i nostri amici a 4 zampe. E poi cosa più importante la preparazione, la professionalità e la gentilezza del personale! La miglior clinica di Genova a mio parere. Spero che arrivino a dare il servizio h 24 7 su 7. Un grande impegno ma sicuramente saremmo in buone mani sempre. Clinic designed to make the experience at the vet as less traumatic as possible. Separate waiting rooms for dogs and cats, dedicated rooms and a lot of vices for our 4-legged friends. And more importantly, the preparation, professionalism and kindness of the staff! The best clinic in Genoa in my opinion. I hope they arrive to give the service 24/7. A great commitment but surely we would always be in good hands.
